CRECHE A crèche is available every week during the 10.30am service, in a purpose made room over in the church hall. The parents of visiting toddlers and restless babies are made aware of this facility on their arrival.
GOD SQUAD Children between the ages of 3 and 11 years meet together for Bible based fun, games, drama craft and music during the 10.30am service. Starting in church, they go out to lessons in the hall after the children’s talk. For Holy Communion services the children return in time to receive a blessing at the communion rail. God Squad at the Christingle On All Age service Sundays, the children are encouraged to contribute with actions to songs, singing, drama and dance. There is an enthusiastic team with a very experienced and dedicated leader
PATHFINDERS / CYFA (11 – 18+ years) Our young people have keen, Spirit filled leaders who allow lively discussion, but ensure that there is also sound Biblical teaching. They usually leave the 10.30am Sunday service for their lessons after the children’s talk. Our fellowship actively encourages any youth-led initiatives. This age group have also gone camping to Soul Survivor, which has given them a new spiritual dimension to their Christian lives.
ET – YOUTH CLUB Since September an energetic team have taken up the challenge to run a youth club for 10-16 year olds. They meet every Saturday night between 7 and 9pm and already have 20 regulars. The programme is varied ranging from craft activities to sports, games and visits.
